In April of 2008, Bae's will be running its first session of
Boot Camp. This program takes many of the conditioning
aspects found in martial arts training, and combines them with
basic punching and kicking techniques to provide you with a
spectacular workout.
Lose weight, and have fun, while improving your
Cardiovascular Fitness, Flexibility, and Muscular
Strength & Endurance.
In addition to these health related components, you'll find
yourself improving in the areas of Speed, Agility, Balance,
