Jordan started his martial arts training when he was five years old and has been a diligent student since that time. He is a 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. (earned in 2011) He has competed in local tournaments as well as in the United States. He has consistently placed in the top four in all of his competitions locally and at The Diamond Nationals Karate Championships and The U.S. Open World national Championships. He trains 4-5 times a week and enjoys Creative Weapons, Sparring and traditional forms.
Jordan strives to balance his Martial Arts training, family and school responsibilities. His black belt essay was on Discipline and he demonstrates that in all areas of his life. He is on the honour roll at school, does volunteer work with his church and believes that Martial arts training is much more than learning a form or being able to defend himself. It is a way of life.
