Junior & Adult Martial Arts Classes
Our juniors and adult classes focus on enabling students to become confident and competent martial artists. Classes focus on strengthening the body and mind. Conditioning, and techniques are coupled with strategy and developing an understanding of self-defense tactics, creating a well-rounded program. Physical activity is proven to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. The martial arts are an excellent way to stay healthy, and maintain fitness, while also gaining effective tools for self-defense.
